I absolutely love living here! The grounds are always taken care of, the pool area is amazing, and the staff is always super professional. My pup loves going into the office to say hello to everyone, and to get a treat from his favorite front desk staff! The location is perfect as well, we love running on the trails and letting the dog play in the creek!

The Manager and Staff are great at Courtney Downs. My wife and I love the community. I use the Workout facility about 3 times a week. We love the Pool area in the summer time. We highly suggest that anyone looking for a place to live would consider Courtney Downs, we know you will like it.

This is the first time I have lived in an apartment home community. It has been a very good experience. My husband and I have lived here over 3 years. The manager always makes sure the grounds and amenities are well taken care of. This has really been home to both of us. Would recommend this property to anyone who would like to live in a resort atmosphere.

I have lived at Courtney Downs now for about a year and a half and I have very little to complain about. It's a great location, close to shopping centers, movie theater, easy access to E470 and DTC. cherry creek trail is right behind the complex, again easy access to the trails. They even have a small dog park which is awesome, my 2 dogs love it. It has very nice pool, gazebo with gas grills, fire pit and fitness center. The staff has always been great and helpful.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived at, by far! The office staff is phenomenal, every single one of them. The grounds are kept great and it is in an extremely quiet area. The maintenance is awesome, every single work order we have put in was handled within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this complex just based on their staff and management.

The maintenance staff is the best, they go out of their way to make sure your issues are resolved. They are not afraid to call outside vendors for major problems and work with you to get the job done.

Amazing leasing team and more than willing to accommodate to your needs. Front office staff is very professional and will respond within minutes. Maintenance staff is also exceptional and I haven't had any issue with them whatsoever. Move in process super easy as well.

I have been living here for almost 5 years, and it is by far the best place I have ever lived! Everyone in the office is amazing, and the management team is beyond incredible! The maintenance crew/team are stellar and so unbelievably hard working! This apartment is so safe, and the management/office team and maintenance make sure our complex is always beautiful and that residents are in compliance. I love it so much and honestly will stay here as long as I can!
